Schedule 10, paragraph 1(5)

Notice under sub-paragraph (3) must be delivered— to the company’s registered office, or in accordance with sub-paragraph (6) if— for any reason it is not practicable to deliver the notice to the company’s registered office, the company has no registered office, or the company is an unregistered company.
