Schedule 10, paragraph 3(2)

Rules of Court in Scotland have effect as if they required the petition to contain an averment— that the requirements in paragraph 1 of this Schedule are met, and that no proposals for the payment of the debt have been made, or a summary of the reasons why the proposals are not to the creditor’s satisfaction (as the case may be).
