Schedule 10, paragraph 5

The provisions of this Schedule, so far as relating to registered companies, have effect as if they were included in Part 4 of the 1986 Act. Sub-paragraph (1) does not apply in relation to paragraphs 2 and 3 (modification of insolvency rules).
