During the relevant period a creditor may not present a petition for the winding up of a company under Article 104 of the 1989 Order on a ground specified— unless conditions A to D are met (subject to sub-paragraphs (9) to (11)). in the case of a registered company, in Article 102(f) of that Order, or in the case of an unregistered company, in Article 185(4)(b) of that Order,
