Schedule 12, Part 2, paragraph 8

In Schedule 3 to the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies and Credit Unions (Arrangements, Reconstructions and Administration) Order 2014 (S.I. 2014/229), after paragraph 3 insert— Section 233B (protection of supplies of goods and services) does not apply in relation to a registered society that is registered as a credit union.
