Schedule 13, Part 1, Part 1, paragraph 1(1)

Article 197B(3) and (4) do not apply in relation to provision of a contract if— the company becomes subject to a relevant insolvency procedure as specified in Article 197B(2)(b) or (d), and the provision of the contract ceases to have effect under Article 197A(1).
