Schedule 13, Part 1, Part 3, paragraph 16

This paragraph applies to— a spot contract, and a master agreement for spot contracts. “Spot contract” has the meaning given by Article 7(2) or 10(2) of Commission Delegated Regulation of 25.4.2016 supplementing Directive 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards organisational requirements and operating conditions for investment firms and defined terms for the purposes of that Directive.
