Schedule 14, paragraph 2(4)

In sub-paragraph (2) “the appropriate national authority” means— in relation to a qualifying body within paragraph 1(c), (d), (e), (g), (h), or (i), the Secretary of State, in relation to a qualifying body within paragraph 1(f), the Scottish Ministers, and in relation to a qualifying body within paragraph 1(a) or (b), the Department for the Economy in Northern Ireland.
