Schedule 1, paragraph 21

The Welsh Ministers may by regulations amend this Schedule— so as to provide that a social landlord registered under Part 1 of the Housing Act 1996 is excluded from being “eligible” for the purposes of this Part; so as to reverse the effect of any provision made under paragraph (a). Regulations under this paragraph extend to England and Wales only. A statutory instrument containing regulations under this paragraph may not be made unless a draft of the statutory instrument containing them has been laid before and approved by a resolution of Senedd Cymru.
