Schedule 1, paragraph 22(1)

The Scottish Ministers may by regulations amend this Schedule— so as to provide that a social landlord registered under Part 2 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2010 (asp 17) is excluded from being “eligible” for the purposes of this Part; so as to reverse the effect of any provision made under paragraph (a).
