Schedule 3, paragraph 14

Section 175 (preferential debts: general provision) is amended as follows. In subsection (1), at the end insert after the payment of— any liabilities to which section 174A applies, and expenses of the winding up. In subsection (1A), omit “after the expenses of the winding up”.
