Schedule 3, paragraph 26

In section 430 (provision introducing Schedule of punishments), after subsection (4) insert— In relation to an offence committed before section 154(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 comes into force, a reference in Schedule 10 to 12 months on summary conviction in England and Wales is to be read as a reference to 6 months.
