Schedule 3, paragraph 32

Schedule 8 (provision capable of inclusion in company insolvency rules) is amended as follows. In paragraph 2, for “Parts I” substitute “ Parts A1 ”. In paragraph 8, after “is,” insert “ the monitor in relation to a moratorium under Part A1 or ”.
