Schedule 4, Part 3, paragraph 37

For the purposes of deciding whether to bring a moratorium to an end under section A38(1)(d) of the Insolvency Act 1986 the monitor must disregard— any debts that the monitor has reasonable grounds for thinking are likely to be paid within 5 days of the decision, and any debts in respect of which the creditor has agreed to defer payment until a time that is later than the decision.
