Schedule 4, Part 3, paragraph 45(1)

The following provisions of the England and Wales Insolvency Rules apply, so far as relevant, to any requirement imposed by a provision of this Part of this Schedule— rule 1.8 (prescribed format of documents), and rule 1.9(1) (variations from prescribed contents).
