Schedule 4, Part 4, paragraph 55

A notice or statement under section A6(1), A10(1), A11(1) or A13(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986 must be authenticated by or on behalf of the person giving the notice or making the statement. A notice under section A8(2)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986 must be authenticated by the monitor. Rule 1.6 of the Scottish Insolvency Rules applies for the purposes of authentication under this paragraph.
