Schedule 4, Part 4, paragraph 85(1)

The following provisions of the Scottish Insolvency Rules apply, so far as relevant, to any requirement imposed by a provision of this Part of this Schedule— rule 1.9 (prescribed format of documents), and rule 1.10 (variations from prescribed contents).
