Schedule 7, paragraph 19

Article 197 (supplies of water, electricity, etc) is amended as follows. In paragraph (1)— omit sub-paragraph (ba) (including the “or” at the end); in the words after sub-paragraph (e), omit “the nominee,”. In paragraph (4), omit sub-paragraph (ba).
