Schedule 7, paragraph 33

In regulation 2 of the Insolvency Practitioners Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 (S.R. (N. I.) 2006/33) (interpretation: general), in paragraph (2), before sub-paragraph (a) insert— where the insolvency practitioner acts as the monitor in relation to a moratorium under Part 1A of the Order, whichever is the earlier of the date on which— the moratorium comes to an end, or the insolvency practitioner otherwise ceases to act as the monitor in relation to the moratorium;
