Schedule 7, paragraph 4

Article 3 (meaning of “act as insolvency practitioner”) is amended as follows. In paragraph (1)(a), for “or administrative receiver” substitute “ , administrative receiver or monitor ”. In paragraph (4), at the appropriate place insert— “monitor” has the same meaning as in Part 1A (moratorium).
