Article 17A (approval of voluntary arrangement) is amended as follows. In paragraph (2)(b), for “(4)” substitute “ (6) ”. In paragraph (5)— for “within the meaning given by paragraph 54 of Schedule A1” substitute “ as defined by Article 13H(13) ”; for “within the meaning of paragraph 54 of Schedule A1” substitute “ as defined by Article 13H(13) ”.
