Schedule 8, Part 3, paragraph 37

A notice under Article 13DF(1) of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 must be given before the period of 3 days ending with the day on which the step mentioned there is taken. A notice under Article 13DF(2) of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 must be given within the period of 3 days beginning with the day on which the duty to give the notice arises.
