Schedule 8, Part 3, paragraph 41

A notice under Article 13EE(8) of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 must state— the provision under which it is given, the nature of the notice, the date of the notice, the identification details for the company to which it relates, that it is given by the monitor acting in that capacity, and the name and contact details of the monitor. The notice must be authenticated by the monitor (see paragraph 49).
