Schedule 8, Part 3, paragraph 46

Rule 12.04 of the Insolvency Rules applies to applications and statements referred to in Part 1A of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 as it applies to notices under that Order. The requirement in Rule 12.04 that a notice, application or statement required or authorised by or under the Order or the Insolvency Rules must be in writing is satisfied if the notice, application or statement is in electronic form. But sub-paragraph (2) does not apply in relation to the filing of a notice, application or statement with the High Court. A document in electronic form must be capable of being— read by the recipient in electronic form, and reproduced by the recipient in hard-copy form.
