Schedule 8, Part 3, paragraph 50(1)

For the purposes of proceedings under Part 1A of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 and proceedings under this Part of this Schedule the Insolvency Rules have effect with— the modifications set out in sub-paragraphs (3) to (13), and any other necessary modifications.
