Schedule 8, Part 3, paragraph 50(3)

Rule 0.2 has effect as if, in the definition of “insolvency proceedings”, after “the Order” there were inserted “ , Part 3 of Schedule 8 to the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020 ”.
