Schedule 9, Part 1, paragraph 1(2)

If— the copy of the order delivered to the registrar must be accompanied by a copy of the company's articles, or the resolution or agreement in question, as amended. the order amends— the company's articles, or any resolution or agreement to which Chapter 3 of Part 3 applies (resolution or agreement affecting a company's constitution), and a copy of the order is required to be delivered to the registrar by the company under section 901F(6)(b) or section 901J(6),
