Schedule 9, Part 2, paragraph 36(13)

In section 928 (approval of articles of new transferee company (division))— the wording of the section becomes subsection (1) of that section; after that subsection insert— Subsection (1) does not apply in the case of a compromise or arrangement to be sanctioned under Part 26A.
