Section 13(5)

In their application for the purposes of subsection (3)— each of paragraphs 13 and 15 of Schedule ZA1 to the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 has effect as if in sub-paragraph (1)— the words “, on the filing date” were omitted, and paragraph (b) were omitted, and paragraph 18 of that Schedule has effect as if for “paragraph 2”, in both places, there were substituted “ paragraphs 2, 7 and 8 ”.
