Section 13CG(3)

For the purposes of this Article a company enters into a relevant insolvency procedure if— a voluntary arrangement takes effect under Article 18 in relation to the company, the company enters administration (within the meaning of Schedule B1 (see paragraph 2(2)(b) of that Schedule)), paragraph 45 of Schedule B1 (administration: interim moratorium) begins to apply in relation to the company, or the company goes into liquidation (see Article 6).
