Section 15(1)

Section 233B of the Insolvency Act 1986 does not apply in relation to a contract for the supply of goods or services to a company where— the company becomes subject to a relevant insolvency procedure during the relevant period, and the supplier is a small entity at the time the company becomes subject to the procedure.
