Section 19(1)

Article 197B of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 does not apply in relation to a contract for the supply of goods or services to a company where— the company becomes subject to a relevant insolvency procedure during the relevant period, and the supplier is a small entity at the time the company becomes subject to the procedure.
