Section 19(10)

In this section— “entity” means— a company, a limited liability partnership, any other association or body of persons, whether or not incorporated, and an individual carrying on a trade or business; “relevant insolvency procedure” has the same meaning as in Article 197B of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989.
