Schedule 1, Part 1, paragraph 23

In Article 119 (exposures to institutions), after paragraph 5 insert— For the purposes of paragraph 5, the requirements laid down in Part 9C rules are to be treated as being comparable to those applied to institutions in terms of robustness.
