Article 4A (definitions: regulators' rules) is amended as follows. In paragraph 1(b) (references to FCA sourcebook), for “as the sourcebook has effect on IP completion day” substitute “ as amended from time to time ”. At the end insert— In this Regulation, “Part 9C rules” has the same meaning as in FSMA (see section 417 of that Act).
