Schedule 1, Part 2, paragraph 49(4)

After the definition of “period of account” insert— “Regulated Activities Order” means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001 (S.I. 2001/544); “relevant FCA investment firm” has the meaning given in paragraph (2A); “small and non-interconnected firm” has the meaning given in rules made by the Financial Conduct Authority for the purposes of Part 9C of the 2000 Act;
