Schedule 1, Part 2, paragraph 55

Regulation 5 (prior disclosure: prevention of duplication) is amended as follows. In paragraph (3)— after “an institution” insert “ or relevant FCA investment firm ”, and after “the institution” (in both places) insert “ or firm ”. In paragraph (4)— after “an institution” insert “ or relevant FCA investment firm ”, and after “the institution” (in both places) insert “ or firm ”.
