Schedule 2, Part 1, paragraph 1(2)

The risks referred to in subsection (1)(a), (e) and (f) are— the risks to consumers (as defined in section 1G) arising from FCA investment firms, from parent undertakings of FCA investment firms and from FCA investment firms belonging to groups, the risks to the integrity of the UK financial system arising from FCA investment firms, from parent undertakings of FCA investment firms and from FCA investment firms belonging to groups, the risks to which FCA investment firms are exposed by virtue of their relationship with their parent undertaking, and any other risks specified by the Treasury by regulations.
