Schedule 2, Part 1, Part 9C, paragraph 143O(4)

The notice must— give details of the requirement or its variation, state the FCA's reasons for imposing or varying the requirement, inform the parent undertaking that it may make representations to the FCA within the period specified in the notice (whether or not the parent undertaking has referred the matter to the Tribunal), inform the parent undertaking of when the imposition or variation of the requirement takes effect, and inform the parent undertaking of its right to refer the matter to the Tribunal.
