Schedule 2, Part 2, paragraph 15

Section 417(1) (definitions) is amended as follows. At the appropriate place insert— “Part 9C prohibition order” has the meaning given in section 143S; “Part 9C rules” has the meaning given in section 143F; In the definition of “prohibition order”, after “order”” insert “ (except in the expression “Part 9C prohibition order”) ”.
