In subsection (1)— in paragraph (a), for “a recognised investment exchange or an authorised person or of” substitute “ a person to whom subsection (1A) applies or ”, and in paragraph (c), for “a recognised investment exchange or an authorised person” substitute “ a person to whom subsection (1A) applies ”.
