Schedule 3, Part 1, Part 9D, paragraph 144A(4)

For the purposes of subsection (3)(a), a provision is “relevant” if— it has been or may be revoked by regulations made under section 3(1) of the Financial Services Act 2021, or it has been revoked by regulations made under section 3(3) or (5) of that Act.
