Schedule 3, Part 3, paragraph 16

Section 192T (measures) is amended as follows. In subsection (1)— omit the “and” at the end of paragraph (a), in paragraph (b) omit “, section 192V rules”, and at the end of paragraph (b) insert , and to ensure that the relevant group complies with section 192XA rules. In subsection (2)(c)— omit “, section 192V rules”, and at the end insert “ and with section 192XA rules ”.
