Schedule 3, Part 3, paragraph 9(3)

At the end insert— In this section— “the Capital Requirements Regulation” means Regulation (EU) No. 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013 on prudential requirements for credit institutions and investment firms; “financial holding company” has the meaning given in Article 4(1)(20) of the Capital Requirements Regulation; “mixed financial holding company” has the meaning given in Article 4(1)(21) of the Capital Requirements Regulation.
