Schedule 3, Part 4, paragraph 23

In relation to general rules that are CRR rules, the requirements of the provisions listed in sub-paragraph (3) may be satisfied by things done before Part 1 of this Schedule comes into force (as well as by things done after that time). In relation to section 192XA rules, the requirements of the provisions listed in sub-paragraph (3) may be satisfied by things done before Part 2 of this Schedule comes into force (as well as by things done after that time). Those provisions are— sections 138J and 138K of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (consultation); sections 144C to 144E of that Act (inserted by Part 1 of this Schedule).
