Schedule 6, Part 10, paragraph 66(1)

In this Part of this Schedule, “the appropriate UK regulator” means— the PRA, in a case in which the Gibraltar-based person is a PRA-authorised person but not a paragraph 37(1) person, or the FCA, in any other case.
