Schedule 6, Part 12, paragraph 76(2)

The PRA must— consult the FCA before publishing a draft statement under paragraph 72, and if the final version of the statement is to differ from the draft in a way which, in the opinion of the PRA, is significant, consult the FCA again before issuing it.
