Schedule 6, Part 12, paragraph 78(2)

The PRA must inform the FCA in writing without delay after rejecting a notification under— paragraph 18(2) or (3), 19 or 20; paragraph 26(4) or (5); paragraph 36(5); paragraph 48(5).
