Schedule 6, Part 2, paragraph 11

The restrictions in paragraphs 7, 8 and 9 do not apply in relation to regulations under paragraph 5 to the extent that the regulations— revoke other regulations under paragraph 5, or otherwise amend other regulations under paragraph 5 in order to withdraw the Treasury's approval of an activity. The restrictions in paragraphs 7 and 8 do not apply in relation to regulations under paragraph 6 to the extent that the regulations— revoke other regulations under paragraph 6, or otherwise amend other regulations under paragraph 6 in order to provide that an activity which the Gibraltar regulator has authorised, or may authorise, a person to carry on in Gibraltar does not correspond to an approved activity.
