Schedule 6, Part 6, paragraph 53(7)

A person who contravenes sub-paragraph (4) commits an offence and is liable— on summary conviction in England and Wales, to a fine; on summary conviction in Scotland or Northern Ireland, to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
